Welcome to the website of A S Walls Ltd, an HR consultancy specialising in Job
Families, Job Evaluation, Pay Modelling and Equal Pay Auditing.
We are based in southern Scotland but are happy to work anywhere in the UK or
overseas.
Our principal consultant, Stuart Walls, has a wealth of experience not only
in Human Resources but also in engineering, import/export, business development, sales
and marketing, manufacturing and contracting. This means that we understand the
world of work - not just from an academic or HR viewpoint - but in practical
business terms. For public sector clients, we understand that service delivery
comes first. For private sector clients, we understand that you have a bottom
line.
